It all began in 1967 in the magnificent town of
San Miguel de Allende in Mexico, with a very great Madrazo's Family vision to harvest and produce the best quality food. We have always sought to do what few can do, to take care of nature, our land, our countryside and our people. Give and work more than any other, sow, harvest, produce and re-sow in a sustainable way and always with great respect for Nature's cycles to get the best Flavors, Nutrients and Purity that the Golden circle gives us: The Earth, The Water and The Sun.
